Surface Gel Tek/Flattoo
Flattooing - tattooing images into flat concrete surfaces - is a Surface Gel Tek's (SGT) exclusive graphic system. The system includes vinyl adhesive templates called Flattoos, SGT's gelled acids and Stain Mule, a color thickener.
When SGT designed this system, their focus was "MAKE IT EASY TO USE AND MAKE THE GRAPHICS UNLIMITED".

Surface Gel Tek’s (SGT) gelled acid products are not your Grandfather’s liquid acid. Their formulation makes hydrochloric acid safer for the environment and the end user. The gel formula reduces fuming and keeps the acid on the surface, unlike liquid acid that penetrates into the substrate causing additional problems such as spalling and soft spots.
The Federal Government has identified SGT’s gelled acid products as “GREEN”.

These products clean and profile in one step. They will remove rust, mold, mildew, efflorescence, blood, animal/human waste, grease and oil, and at the same time profile or open up the surface and increase slip resistance.
