Prism Pigments

We offer integral colors from Prism Pigments. These concrete colors are pure, synthetic iron oxide pigments containing no fillers that will affect the performance of the concrete mix design. They are lime-proof, sunfast, inert and meet or exceed the criteria of ASTM C979. Packaged in dissolvable bags, these bags of color are measured one bag per one square yard of concrete. Mixing cement from the same manufacturer is a must, as changes in cement will affect the color. Aggregates should be supplied from one source and be non-reactive. Mixing time is five to ten minutes per load. Slump should not exceed five inches. The colors are for a six sack mix.
