Rapid Set TRU™ Self-Leveling
Use for high performance floor topping, underlayment and re-surfacing projects. TRU™ Self-Leveling is ideal for projects that need long flow life and working time while achieving high early strength. TRU™ Self-Leveling cures to a light off-white color ideal for stained or colored floors and decorative embedded aggregate flooring. Description:
Rapid Set® TRU™ Self-Leveling is an advanced hydraulic cement-based self-leveling topping, resurfacer and underlayment that can be used both indoors and outdoors. It rapidly levels, maintains workability for up to 30 minutes and produces a smooth, strong surface with high bond strength. It is able to receive foot traffic in 2 - 3 hours and coatings in about 12 hours. TRU™ Self-Leveling is a one-component system, crack resistant, durable and won’t deteriorate in damp conditions.

Polishing:
TRU Self-leveling is the only overlay specifically designed for polishing.  Unlike portland cement-based products, which are typically highly polymer modified, TRU only has trace amounts of polymer.  With the absence of polymer, TRU takes dyes and stains extremely well.  TRU has 24 hour compression strengths of 5000 psi and high flexural strengths of 850 psi in 24 hours and 1900 psi in 28 days.

Rapid Set Cement All
When mixed with water CEMENT ALL™ produces a workable, high quality repair material that is ideal where rapid strength gain, high durability and low shrinkage are desired. Apply CEMENT ALL™ in thicknesses from featheredge to 4-inches. Durable in wet environments. SETS IN 15 MINUTES & IS READY FOR TRAFFIC IN 1-HOUR. One 55 lb. bag of Rapid Set® Cement ALL™ yields approximately 0.5 cubic feet.

USES:
CEMENT ALL™ is a multipurpose product that can be used for general concrete repair, doweling and anchoring, industrial grouting, formed work, airport projects, and highway repair.

COMPOSITION:
Rapid Set® Cement ALL™ is a high performance blend of Rapid Set® Cement and specialty sand. CEMENTALL™ is non-metallic and no chlorides are added. Rapid Set® Cement ALL™ is similar in appearance to portland cement repair materials and may be applied using similar methods.
